Fonction

Egyptair Airlines is looking for a SALES OFFICER responsible for the following tasks:

• Ticketing
• Reservation
• Handling amadeus queues
• Schedule changes
• Group bookings
• Ranging from travel information to administrative processing
• Handling telephone calls and emails
• Coming passengers

Profil

• You have the enthusiasm and motivation to start in this position
• You are proficient in the various IT systems and preferably have Amadeus
• A very good knowledge of French and English are essential (written and oral knowledge). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• A dynamic, flexible, stress-resistant and a personality fitting well into the company culture
• You have an impeccable administrative follow-up and handle common computer software (Word, Excel)
• You are a sociable person and very customer-friendly
• 2 years experience minimum
