Functie

Are you our new Flight Ops Intern?
Are you looking to kickstart your career in the travel industry? Do you have a background in tourism with experience or classes in GDS training? If so, we would love to meet you!

What is expected of you?

• Assist in managing flight operations and bookings alongside an experienced team member
• Utilize GDS systems to help with flight scheduling and ticketing
• Support the team in handling flight-related customer inquiries
• Participate in the planning and execution of travel itineraries
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions
• Demonstrate good knowledge of spreadsheet software (excel, google sheets..) for data management and reporting
• Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive work environment
• We have a team of French, Dutch and English natives. English is our main team language so you should be fluent in it.

Profiel

Is it a Match?

• You are seeking an internship lasting up to 3 months, with a flexible start date. This position offers the potential to transition into a permanent role within our team.
• You have a background in tourism, ideally with experience or coursework in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) (preferably Amadeus).
• You have good knowledge of spreadsheet software (excel, google sheets…).
• You have familiarity with other tools (Asana, Notion…) is considered a plus.
• The start date is normally in September or February, exact internship dates are negotiable.
