Functie
With the expanded online route from Brussels, we are looking to expand our dynamic team in our office in Brussels City.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from travel agents and trade partners courteously and efficiently
- Assist travel agents with reservations, modifications and special requests
- Assist for group bookings and follow-up
- Assist fir all queries regarding ticketing, fares & rules, flights, and ground services
- Accurately issue tickets, process refunds
- Respond to customer relations mails, handle customer claims & provide excellent customer service to the public and travel partners
- Assist on general administration tasks
- Follow-up requests from various departments within Thai Airways in Thailand and Global Call Center
- Conducting any assignment from the Management in Thailand and Brussels office
Profiel
Qualification and Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and/or Minimum 1 years’ experience in reservations, ticketing and customer service in travel industry
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- Knowledge of Amadeus Reservation System or other GDS
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, Windows
